I’m a UX designer specialising in digital identity, healthcare and high security government services.

I lead end-to-end design from discovery to delivery in complex, regulated environments with a focus on security, accessibility and scalability. My work includes designing authentication and identity verification journeys at national scale, helping reduce fraud while improving user experience.

As a consultant, I go beyond design outputs. I help teams embed user-centred design into their ways of working, enabling long term, sustainable change.

Currently, I’m working on NHS login, shaping both UX and service design across identity journeys.
